Remedy Administrator

Pomeroy IT Solutions is currently seeking a REMEDY ADMINISTRATOR for a contract position in Frankfort, KY.

Responsibilities:

System Administration
Remedy Development
Quality Assurance Testing
End User Support
Remedy/Crystal Reporting
System administration and user support
Provide system/application design solutions that align with Remedy standards and satisfy business requirements. 
Works pro-actively to ensure high performance, high reliability and rapid trouble resolution of Remedy workflow system.
Work with all teams to maintain user data and identify needs and opportunities for enhancements.
Work in conjunction with technical operations team to coordinate and perform system maintenance.
Provide support to system users.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 years experience in Remedy administration and development
Full Cycle Application development experience (concept through implementation and support)
Remedy AR Server
Remedy Help Desk
Mid-Tier
Development of custom forms, web forms, active links, filters, etc
Creation of Remedy Reports
Creation of Remedy reports using Crystal Reports
Knowledge of Remedy API programming a plus

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Effective customer service skills
Ability to convey technical information in an accessible and understandable manner
Analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Technical writing along with systems and process flow documentation skills
Ability to follow Remedy development standards and services
