Reporting Engineer/Technical Business Analyst (Reporting Services and SQL Server)

We are looking for a Reporting Engineer/Technical Business Analyst (Reporting Services and SQL Server). This is a 6 months+ consulting engagement in Denver, Colorado area.



Position Description:

The client needs to hire a technical business analyst with the following skills:

? Reporting Services and SQL Server experience (intermediate level)

? Knowledge of IT SOX requirements and change control processes

? Able to maintain good relationships with end-users, DBAs and reporting engineers

? Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.

? Able to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.

? Articulate and be able to effectively communicate with both technical and business associates.

? Flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.

Primary responsibilities of this position will be:

? Coordinate deployments

? Facilitate deployment meetings

? Responsible for validating and tracking all change control documentation

? Maintain deployment schedule

? Act as central routing for production support requests

? Perform ad-hoc reporting development when required



Required Experience:

? Microsoft Reporting Services and SQL Server experience

? Change control experience

? Ad-hoc report development
