Requirements Analyst

Key Role: Apply knowledge of SDLC requirements analysis and articulation, network infrastructure, systems engineering, IT implementation and maintenance, project management, security policies, requirements analysis, and project sizing and estimating. Provide systems integration, configuration management, and systems administration. Perform technology integration and insertion and administer engineering design methods and techniques.



Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with networking or portal development

-3+ years of experience with Web Services and LAN and WAN requirements gathering

-BA or BS degree in Engineering or CS

-Secret clearance

 

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the Department of Homeland Security, including the Preparedness Directorate, and Grants and Training, the US Fire Administration, Infrastructure Protection, Cyber and Telecom, the Chief Medical Officer, IAIP, or the Science and Technology Directorate a plus

-Knowledge of software IV&V methodologies

-Ability to work independently or with a small team 

-Possession of excellent interpersonal and client management skills

-Possession of excellent written communication skills

-CISSP/PMP/ITIL Certifications a plus

 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
