Research Associate

INPUT is seeking a Research Associate to support the data collection of public sector content in support of INPUT's product sets. The Research Associate provides high quality data gathering and documentation over a select set of agencies, states and/or localities for which they will utilize web-based and human intelligenct to identify, qualify and describe procurement opportunities, contracts, contacts, vendor informaiton and/or other selected data sets. Additional responsibilities include customer and sales support.


Required Skills:

The successful candidate will have a four-year degree, equivalent experience accepted; excellent oral and written communications skills as well as excellent computer and Internet skills including Microsoft Office, Internet research, HTML and database skills; knowledge of the Public Sector IT marketplace highly desirable, preferably in procurement or business development; prior experience of marketing and/or market research in the IT industry an advantage; excellent client and personal relationship skills; enthusiastic, hard working and a pleasant attitude required.
