Resort Systems Analyst

Job Title:   Systems Business Analyst - Hospitality

 

Job Location:  Jacksonville

 

Reports To: Director Information Services

 

Job Description: The primary roll for this individual is to be the subject matter expert for all of the resort and club system software for The St. Joe Company with a primary focus in the northwest region of Florida.

 

Must be capable of troubleshooting application related problems; resolving system interface issues; documenting processes; training end users on the effective use of the hospitality software; and functioning as the primary liaison with the various software vendors for both problem resolution and software upgrades, while controlling access to systems.

 

Will participate in defining the business requirements for club and resort related software solutions for the various St. Joe resort properties.

 

Must be capable of supporting the end-user in the development of adhoc reports using end-user report writing tools such as Crystal Reports or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting. 

 

Applications supported will include:  Resort Property Management, Owner Billing, retail and food and beverage point-of-sales, club membership, and other various club and resort related software systems.

 

Will have travel requirements throughout the state of Florida.

Technical Skills:

Experience with setting up and maintaining hospitality Property Management Systems Experience with managing Micros point-of-sale systems

Experience with Crystal Reporting or similar report writing tools

No hardware or network server administration skills are required
