Fully experienced professional working on problems of complex scope. Provides radio frequency (RF) and/or wireless transmission design. Designs, plans and oversees installation and maintenance of wireless radio communications systems, including radio propagation modeling and prediction, microwave path analysis, interference analysis, frequency coordination, cell site equipment layout, parameter definition and ancillary equipment. This position is responsible for managing, coordinating, and aligning National RF processes, tools, plans and standards to integrate new technology and/or vendor releases seamlessly into the RF network. Proven program management skills, high interpersonal and communication skills, familiarity with the DRIVE procsss and RF processes and tools are recommended. ADditional position responsibilities can include expense and capital budgeting, Natl RF Dashboard coordination, workforce strategy, process excellence, communication plans, etc. Please submit previous year's Performance/LINK review.
