Risk Manager
Work with team members and managers to identify and analyze risks and issues that impact program deliveries, schedule, or capabilities. The position is mainly customer-facing, with frequent interaction with government PMO. Using the established program risk management process, work directly with technical and IPT leads to uncover concerns that may be developed into identifiable risks. Perform analysis with input from technical or other leads to analyze the impact and probability for identified risks, and
determine an appropriate mitigation strategy. As needed, work with team leads to develop mitigation action plans. Prepare and present regular briefings to team and customer PMO on mitigation plans and risk controls to
minimize risk to the program. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
