SAP Application Support Business Analyst

The Company has an opening for a Business Analyst/Configurator in the Business Applications Services (BAS) Applications Support Team. The Company provides high quality, value added business support services to the Company divisions globally. This person works with division end users to resolve problems reported through Applications Support in an effective & timely manner; exercising flexibility in responding to dynamic customer requirements while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This person monitors and works the SOLV/Tivoli queues for SAP and other supported enterprise applications, provides on-call customer service as required, and handles special projects as assigned.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to implement continuous improvement processes are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, structured team environment is required. Knowledge of interaction SAP modules is a plus. A BS in a business or technical field or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2+ years of experience supporting business or IT processes is required.
