Deloitte's?Architecture &?Infrastructure (A&I)?practice provides networking and telecommunications solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives.? A&I delivers internetworking assessments, strategies, architectures,?designs, implementations and operations for our enterprise and service provider clients.

Currently, our A&I practice is expanding to meet our clients' varying demands.? We are strategically adding SAP Basis Managers that will manage and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large cross-industry clients.?

Managers are?responsible for developing, maintaining and growing senior client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution by utilizing?a combination of technical, business development and engagement management skills and abilities including, but not limited
to:
- 8+ years of hands on SAP Basis experience
- Demonstrated skills in managing the entire technical team on at least 2 SAP projects (including SAP Basis, infrastructure and SAP development team)?
- Must have experience in proposal development and have played an important role in the selling of projects
?
Technical skills must include:?
- SAP technical instance landscape design
- Correction and Transport System (TMS) /?Solution Manager
- Implementation of SAP change control process & procedures
- Hardware selection and installation
- High?Availability & Failover Storage?(direct attached or?SAN)
- Oracle or DB2 database
- Operations expertise in SAP systems management
- SAP Security?
- Load and Performance Testing?
?
In addition to SAP Basis, must be knowledgeable in at least one of the following:
- Networking
- Disaster Recovery
- Server consolidation
- Storage
consolidation/SAN
- IT strategy & operations
- Middleware
- Portals
- Custom development
- J2EE background?

Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven consulting skills
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Prior "Big 5" management consulting experiences highly desired
- Advanced degree preferred
Travel is required:
- Candidates must be able and willing to travel nationally to client locations.
