SAP BI Developer

The Yoh Company, a leading provider of long- and short-term technology talent to knowledge-based companies, is seeking local, SAP BI Developer.

 

Summary:

Project Description & Duties:

As a member of the company's engineering team you will report directly to the Manager of Software Development, and be responsible for Business Intelligence (BI) / Business Warehouse (BW) design and development. You will work with other assigned application developers and/or contractors with a principle focus on providing BI integration and support for the company's product offerings. This position is with the financial services business unit.

Responsibilities

1) BI design, development, testing and support

2) BI problem determination & resolution support

3) BI performance tuning and monitoring

4) Data modeling

 

Requirements:

Primary Skill Sets:

B.S. Degree in Computer Science

Extensive experience with BI design and development in an SAP NetWeaver environment.

Proven knowledge of BI concepts, practices, and procedures

Proven Knowledge of ABAP, BAPI, RFC, ODS, and Info Cubes

Knowledge of data modeling, SQL and database concepts and practices

In depth experience with large scale data warehouses and databases

Ability to work well in a diverse team environment

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver and financial systems (BA/FDB) is desired.

Experience with Oracle and Java useful but not essential.
