BW Consultant to provide specific services associated with SAP Business Warehouse Support.Complete Description:
-Candidates with experience in APO data transfer into BW highly sought after.
During this 12-week engagement, consultant will work on the following:
o Assist with production support of a complex SAP Business Warehouse implementation.
o Support complex extraction, transformation and loading operational setups, maintain ODS's and InfoCubes, and establish and monitor process chains.

Their primary functions will be:
o Monitoring help desk tickets and emails from end-users and communicating with them their reporting concerns. They will need to investigate the issues and determine if their issue is an actual problem or if they just need training or help understanding the data.
o Occasional weekend production support of data loads. Monitoring specific loads that occur at specific times and responding to failures if necessary.

They may also be asked to work with end users to define reporting requirements, convert them into functional specifications, assess them against standard business content and determine the required BW design.

Successful candidates must be able to support post-production maintenance functions and documentation. This position will be accountable to respond to help desk tickets in a timely fashion.
