Job Description


Client Operations professionals are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients.  They design, manage and implement the activities associated with key business functions. The Service Delivery/Operations capability focuses on the attributes or skills essential to providing the necessary services and solutions to the client, the client?s employees or the client?s customers in fulfillment of contractual obligations agreed upon by both parties.

 

The Consultant is responsible for functional/technical design and implementation oversight for enhancements to the system.  The Consultant will supervise other developers/administrators and will be responsible for assigning work to these resources, managing the relationship with our primary vendor, estimating effort for enhancements and other projects and the standard work-planning & status reporting that goes along with all of these responsibilities.

The SAP BW Consultant is responsible for the BW configuration against the business needs of our clients in any one of a variety of functional areas. Our leads and developers add value to the US Delivery Centre by providing knowledge of SAP configuration and through their leadership and constructive teamwork with our clients and others in the Delivery Centre.

Qualifications

 

? SAP BW configuration

? Project Management

? Strong Communication and client interaction skills

? Demonstrated ability to manage effective client relationships

? Able to operate largely independently within guidelines to manage own work and the work of a small group

? Analytical and assessment skills essential
? 4 years hands-on SAP BW experience
? 4 years project management or work scheduling experience
