The United Illuminating Company, Headquartered in New Haven Connecticut is an investor-owned regional electric utility that provides service to more than 314,000 customers in the greater New Haven and Bridgeport area. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in our New Haven facility.

The position is responsible to present alternatives and make recommendations to the Billing Department on best course of action for Billing Configuration. Make configuration changes to produce high quality successful implementations considering quality, schedule, and cost. Ensure testing, debugging, maintenance, documentation, and backup needs of the billing system are completed. Assist users with determining technical requirements and work with developers to develop specifications for maintenance and enhancements to the billing system.

The ideal candidate will posses a Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical degree. A minimum of 2 years SAP R/3 experience performing functional configuration. Knowledge of SD, FICA, or CCS module required. 8 years experience in a related business environment providing technical support. Strong communication skills and project team lead experience desired.
