Job Description:

The SAP Competency Center within Raytheon Corporate IT has an immediate opening for a SAP Business Process Analyst reporting directly to the Solution Architect and Technical Integration Manager. This individual will be responsible for supporting key business processes which include:


- Analysis within the Sales and Distribution Module, Production Planning Module and the Quality Management Module.
- Perform and test R/3 customizing/configuration to address new business requirements as identified
- Perform detailed requirements gathering/documentation, and functional testing in support of new ABAP development tasks



In this role, you will work directly with senior financial management, including the Controller, General Accounting Manager, program-area Business Managers; programmers, end users and functional staff to resolve and close out problems and maintain ownership of final deliverables.

You will also be expected to participate on a wide array of both short-term and long-term challenges, one of which is the SAP upgrade project which involves moving from SAP Release 4.5B to ECC 5.0. Other initiatives include archiving, new business unit deployments and implementation of new SAP tools, for example, GTS (Global Trade Services Module) and AII (Auto Identification Infrastructure). Please be aware that this is a functional role that requires a strong analyst background. This is not a technical or development position. This position is located in Wichita, KS and relocation assistance is available.



Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelor?s degree and 8+ years applicable experience.
- At least 3 years of application or business process experience in SD, PP, QM.
- At least 3 years of SAP SD, PP, QM experience - must include performing requirements gathering, functional testing, and R/3 customizing/configuration.
- At least 3 years experience in both SAP implementations and sustaining support.
- Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks against schedule.


- Knowledgeable with the Integration points of these modules with other SAP modules, for example, Controlling and Financial Modules.
- Working familiarity with MS Project to create and maintain project plans as directed.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.



Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:

- Team member experience with one or more SAP R/3 implementations.
- Team Member experience with one or more SAP R/3 upgrades migration projects.
- Working familiarity with MS Access, Lotus Notes, and Visio.



Other Requirements:

Candidate must be able to travel to various domestic Raytheon sites as required.




Required Education:

Bachelor?s degree in Finance or Information Systems/Technology is required.
