SAP CO Module Leader (Controlling) / SAP Security Administrator

Job PurposeAnalyze relevant business processes and reporting needs in Controlling & Product Costing with regards to IT-aspects and their set-up in SAP R/3 as well as interfaces to other systems such as Hyperion.The post-holder is also the back-up for the SAP-FI (Financial) Module Leader for maintenance of existing functions.Assess requests for SAP authorizations, assign profiles to users, and create new authorization profiles as necessary.For both Controlling and SAP Security, the maintenance of the processes and the systems relates to all North American Nonwovens companies (including Mexico and Guatemala). SAP Group co-ordination.The person in this position designs and maintains the SAP controlling/reporting systems and security systems with reference to all relevant functional areas of the FVNA organization. He/she must have detailed knowledge in the applications and the systems as well as an excellent overall understanding of the business. This person contributes significantly to the standardization of processes and methods within the North American organization.The post-holder is responsible to co-ordinate the SAP group activities and the planning processes (OP)

 



Responsibilities

CO Module Leader:

1. Analyze business processes and reporting needs in Controlling and the other modules for required functionality and their impact on other functional areas.

2. Consult/support the functional areas in reviewing the business processes including development of new reporting tools and implementations of solutions.

3. Conduct integration tests with other module leaders (Logistics, FI, Technical) for all new business process implementations.

4. Develop programming documentation for both new and modified applications and reports.  Carry out acceptance testing, organize the implementation process, coordinate required authorizations, and provide training and on-going support for the users.

5. Train the key-users of the relevant functional areas and reports, create and maintain training documentation, and provide on-the-job support for the key-users.

6. Create end-user documentation, and update this as needed.  Provide on-the-job training and support for end-users.

7. Collaborate in new projects and upgrades of SAP?systems and applications in North America

 

SAP Security Administrator:

1. Create new user IDs in SAP and modify the authorizations of existing users in accordance with their changing job functions.

2. Ensure that users? SAP authorizations are in compliance with Freudenberg Nonwovens? Security Policy and auditors? guidelines and recommendations

3. Create new authorization profiles to meet the requirements of new business processes introduced.  Test in conjunction with other Module Leaders.

4. Modify existing authorization profiles and create and test new profiles in accordance with changing job functions or auditors? recommendations.

5. Create new profiles and users for new projects and upgrades.  Test together with other Module Leaders.

6. Maintain standard naming conventions for new authorization profiles.  Maintain profile documentation.

7. Periodically review user SAP sign-on and activity.  Delete user ID?s according to company policy.



 

SAP Group Coordinator:

1. Co-ordinate SAP group activities, organize back-up, prioritize requests from the functional and  operational areas together with the group members

2. Represent the SAP group in relevant FVNA platforms,

3. Organize the annual planning process and prepare the IT/ORG budget

4. Co-ordinate activities with FV Corporate IT/ORG
