Perform CRM Middleware setup and generation activities.
Configuration of CRM Middleware
Shutdown, restart of CRM system, CRM Middleware, upgrades, and archiving of BDocs.
Mapping of carious master data for replication between R/3 and CRM (e.g. Business Partner, Materials, Equipment, Pricing, etc.)
Mapping of various transactional data for replication between R/3 and CRM (e.g. sales documents).
Creating and modifying BDocs to transfer data between R/3 and CRM.
Establishing connections between CRM and third-party applications.
Performing customization settings for initial and delta loads between R/3 and CRM.
Monitoring data replication status and progress.
Monitoring, error handling and debugging of BDocs.
Development of custom BDocs.

 

Key Qualifications:

 
4+ years of direct project-based SAP experience and at least 2-3 complete lifecycle implementations as a Middleware Consultant/Resource using SAP CRM 4.0 or higher.
Strong understanding of CRM Middleware architecture and how CRM integrates with other SAP applications (e.g. R/3, BW, Enterprise Portal, etc.).
Experience with SAP CRM 5.0 a plus.
Must have worked either as an employee or consultant in a field service organization.
Experience with the development of custom BDocs.
Experience with CRM Service and CRM Mobile functional areas in SAP CRM Middleware.
Experience with ASAP methodology and Solution Manager a plus.
Strong business process and system analysis.
Excellent communication skills: presentation, written, and oral.
Strong interpersonal skills to successfully team with software vendors, outsourcing partners and internal business and IT associates.
Must be able to perform as an effective member in a team-oriented environment, maintain a positive attitude, and achieve desired results while working with minimal supervision.
