SAP Change Enablement Consultant/Mgr
This SAP Change Enablement Consultant/Manager will be working for the premiere technology-consulting firm in the world. Responsibilities include Supervising/Managing large scale, SAP implementation efforts including participating in business readiness, leadership development, organization design, journey management and training design, development and delivery. Supervising/Managing the work effort for Human Performance resources. Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected. Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps. Supervising/Managing business architecture and process design. Defining testing and implementation activities architectures.
Qualifications are a minimum of 4 years of related industry experience. Experience supervising or managing SAP or other major ERP (Peoplesoft) implementation related change management programs. Experience supervising or managing the design, developing, implementating SAP focuses, change management deliverables (e.g. communication plans, SAP training curriculums, stakeholders assessments, organization design, change tracking). Strong knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. Ability to travel up to 100%. Location is negotiable. Prefer San Francisco or other major CA cities. Salary of $90-135,000 depending on qualifications for a Consultant or Senior Manager.
