Position: SAP FICO Business Systems Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job description

1. Provide Production support for SAP FICO module
2. Interact with business users to gather business requirements
3. Conduct fitment of requirements into SAP
4. Gap Analysis
5. Work out approaches to address gaps
6. Write Functional Specifications for development work, results due to gaps identified
7. Ownership of objects to be developed to address gaps
8. Interact with & support Caritor Offshore development team in development efforts

Required Skills: Required skills include:

1. 4 - 6 years of SAP FICO experience
2. Configuration experience in FICO modules
3. Excellent FICO module knowledge
4. Good skills in writing functional specifications
5. Exposure to other modules of SAP
6. SDLC knowledge. Experience is not necessary
7. Good communication skills
