Hughes is looking to add an SAP FICO/Business Intelligence Analyst to our IT team!

DESCRIPTION:
Identify and define requirements for support of financial business analysis, and formulate potential solutions along with assessments of those solutions. Develop functional specifications for development activities including reports, enhancements and interfaces. Assist with design and implementation of appropriate data warehousing to support the finance, accounting and financial planning functions. Work with key finance personnel to design and deliver KPIs and management dashboards. Develop a mechanism for monitoring warehouse data accuracy.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Data analysis and data modeling
Working knowledge of finance and accounting processes and reporting
Knowledge of data warehousing and Business Intelligence tools Knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and functional SAP finance modules
Understanding of SAP FI/CO data model
Solid verbal and written communication skills

DESIRED SKILLS:
Experience with SAP configuration of FI/CO modules
Experience with SAP upgrade
Familiarity with SEM, BPS and/or BCS
