SAP Functional Analyst (MM, IM/WM)

Job Description:

The SAP Competency Center within Raytheon Corporate IT has an immediate opening for an SAP Business Process Analyst reporting directly to the Requisition to Check Team Lead . This individual will be responsible for supporting key business processes which include:
-Analysis within the SAP Material Management and the Warehouse Management functionalities.
-Perform and test R/3 customizing/configuration to address new business requirements as identified
-Perform detailed requirements gathering/documentation, and functional testing in support of new ABAP development tasks

Candidate expected to provide sustaining support to a broad and dispersed customer base in key business process areas which mainly includes the manufacturing of Out of Production Spares & Depot Repair life cycle throughout Raytheon Technical Services Company. Expected to work directly with program-area Business Managers; planners, schedulers, technical programmers, business end users and other functional team members to resolve and close out problems and/or deliver new functionality.

Candidate expected to participate on a wide array of both short-term and long-term challenges, which include other initiatives such as archiving, new business unit deployments and implementation of new SAP tools, for example, eBusiness utilization, document management and business warehouse. Please be aware that this is a functional role that requires a strong analyst background. Required Skills:

Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience and 6+ year?s applicable experience.

At least 3 years of application or business process experience in Supply Chain

At least 3 years of SAP MM, IM, & WM experience - must include performing requirements gathering, functional testing, and R/3 customizing/configuration.



? At least 3 years experience in SAP sustaining support and / or implementations.

? Demonstrated ability in the design, configuration, & testing, of MM, IM and WM functionality to include but not limited to: Purchase Requisitions, Purchase orders, Material Movements, Transfer Request, Transfer Orders, Reservations, Posting Changes, Stock Transfers, Invoice Verification, Storage Locations, Warehouses, Bins, Master Data Elements, Cycle Counts, & Output Control.

Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks against schedule.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated customer service skills.

Demonstrated ability to work with team members to define requirements for, and perform testing of, R/3 end-user authorizations.

Demonstrated ability to work within a defined set of standards and practices and an established promote-to-production process.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong team relationships with remote partners and customers.

Working familiarity with MS Project to create and maintain project plans as directed.

Proficiency with MS Excel.





Desired Skills:


Team member experience with one or more SAP R/3 implementations.

Team Member experience with one or more SAP R/3 upgrade migration projects.

Enterprise Buyer Professional (EBP) operational or administration experience.

Test Director 7.6 experience.

Working familiarity with MS Office applications, Lotus Notes, and Visio.


Required Education(including Major):


Bachelor?s degree in Business Management or Information Systems/Technology or equivalent experience is required.
