Responsibilities

We are currently looking for SAP HR Consultants to work on a full lifecycle HCM implementation including, HCM, ESS and MSS. With responsibility across payroll and Organizational Management within a heavily unionized environment.

 

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the ideal Candidate will have 5+ years of SAP 4.6C global implementation experience and have conducted fit/gap analysis, preferably SBE (Single Business Entity) experience. Additionally, he or she will be SAP HR certified and have completed multiple full life cycles in Payroll, Time Evaluation and CATS (Cross Application Tim Sheet) within a heavily Unionized environment. He or she will have solid leadership qualities and strong English language skills. In addition meet the following requirements: SAP benefit and payroll configuration knowledge/experience. Strong knowledge in Time Management configuration, especially how to setup work schedules, absences, attendances, quota deduction, etc., as well as, time evaluation. General knowledge in payroll processing, check printing and trouble shooting Time Management knowledge/experience. BSI knowledge/experience is a plus. Travel required - upto 80%.
