SAP HR Payroll/Time mgt

Ability to effectively make configuration changes for SAP Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, and Benefits modules with appropriate level of testing and quality control.
Working knowledge of SAP concepts for Payroll and Time Management.
Understanding of general HR practices and principles including required legal reporting.
Hands-on experience with configuration of personnel actions, dynamic actions, infotypes, and day-to-day maintenance of the company organizational structure.
Ability to perform detailed analysis of user requests, identified problems and SAP delivered software changes to determine impact and recommended steps for resolution and/or implementation.
Ability to evaluate and analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other HR and SAP modules.
Capacity to manage end user expectations and required participation in SAP HR-IT Support activities.
Knowledge of SAP HR integration points with other SAP modules is also desired.
Ability to effectively document business processes, user procedures and test scripts.
Ability to perform technical tasks within SAP such as create/monitor transports, debug SAP programs, and process BDC sessions. Working knowledge of SAP Security roles and authorizations.
Effective communication skills and ability to effectively work in a collaborative team environment.
Focus on meeting and/or exceeding end users expectations for delivering IT customer service.
Strong Organizational Skills and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks or assignments and capacity to organize, plan and lead projects to a successful completion.
Require Bachelors Degree with minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in the SAP HR modules.
