SAP HR Techno- Functional-ABAP Programmer
Our client needs guidance on how best to implement & use the (latest) HR & ESS functionality and more functional knowledge.

They are looking for a 60/40 (Functional/Technical) skill set mix.
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in SAP Workbench is required (minimum 4 years experience as a technical Developer). Knowledge and experience with SAP ABAP (report and on-line programming), Workflow, User-Exits, Screen Painter, Variants, and Data Dictionary are required.
Knowledge with Script, Client Configuration, SAP Business Warehouse, IDOC processing, and EDI processing are desired.
Must be able to assess complex customer business requirements, then recommend and evaluate alternative solutions to satisfy those requirements. Candidate must be able to design, develop, install, maintain and enhance application systems on multiple platforms in compliance with enterprise standards. Exposure to web development tools is desirable.
Experience Required:
Seven years experience in business system application design, development and installation in an on-line environment: a conceptual understanding and working knowledge of information system technologies and methodologies employed in company desktop and network computing environments.
Extensive experience with SAP/HR module, ABAP on-line and batch programming, and the development workbench tools are mandatory. Experience with at least two additional SAP modules processed at ASC (Quality Monitoring, Service, Finance, Treasury), SAP Enterprise Portals and Business Warehouse reports development is desired.
