SAP Key User

Ondal USA Inc. a world-wide leader in the manufacturer of swing-arms and pendant systems for the medical field, seeks a team oriented, self-motivated and innovative SAP Key User to become a part of Ondal's Richmond, VA operations.

 

Provides support, training, coaching and departmental liaison services in order to optimize and improve the skills and capabilities of Ondal's system users.  Our Key User will be the on-site expert for SAP support and services staying current with changes to training materials and functionality in areas of expertise through key user networks and business expert communications.  Responsibilities include problem resolution for issues encountered by SAP users in transactions, escalating problem resolution as required and conducting user training.

 

Ondal's SAP Key User will be responsible for providing IT support for hardware and software to ensure system operability.  Successful candidates will have the desire to learn and become a part of Ondal's core business team, providing not only SAP support, but also support in customer service and materials planning functions.

 

Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work across organizational boundaries.  Prior experience with SAP's customer service and materials planning modules.
