join our WW Work Force Management (WFM) practice The Work Force Management (WFM) IT Specialist will work with SWG and GBS sales and project delivery teams to drive incremental ISSL revenue in SAP-centric accounts, leveraging IBM's Portal, Portlet Factory and Workplace technologies. This position will assist in selling and delivering WFM solutions integrating WebSphere Portal and SAP HR modules. This position requires strong technical and customer implementation knowledge including some or most of the following skills: (Scale of 1 - 5., 5 being expert Knowledge)S AP HR functional (SAP business process and workflow)- proficiency level - 4; years experience - 3
Apply client strategy and planning -proficiency level - 4; years experience - 3
Understanding of HR business requirements - proficiency level - 4; years experience - 3
Customer presentation and delivery - proficiency level 4 - 5 years experience with WS Portal and/or SAP Enterprise Portal. Over 5 years of experience working in a SAP HR functional implementation role. Require the ability to travel up to 60%.
