hierarchies
??Ability to work successfully with?multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence
??Ability to develop project estimates and work plans
??Excellent functional and?configuration skills utilizing SAP Basis,?MM -IM- WM- PP- PS- SD- QM- DMS- ABAP- BW- PORTAL- FI- FM- AA
??Thorough understanding of client's expectations
??Provides support and maintenance of existing? applications and tables
??Strong understanding of the integration points with complimentary modules
??Post-implementation support experience an asset
??Designs and implements project processes and systems
??Demonstrates a superior degree of discretion and autonomy
??Ensures service level agreements are met
??May identify process improvement opportunities
??Performs data analysis and minor trend identification
??Resolves minor issues
??Coordinates with client on issue resolution
??Demonstrates expertise of relevant systems
??Strong people and project management
skills
??Very strong oral and written communication and customer service skills
??2-3 years of SAP R/3 preferred. Experience with in a number of modules anticipated.
??Bachelor's degree preferred, and 5+ years of relevant experience?
