The SAP Security Program Manager will be focused primarily in the Vision Care global SAP R3 logical security infrastructure. This position will develop and manage an SAP security program, evaluate the existing SAP R3 logical security, develop recommendations for improvements and drive the short term and long term strategy to maintain the global SAP security implementation in a compliant state. Create SAP logical security matrix and all required documentation required for the global infrastructure .

- Work with business managers and SAP Power Users to refine or change existing SAP Roles. Partner with Information Management, Human Resources and Finance staff to define new roles.

- Educate end users on the concept of Roles, Activities and Transactions as they relate to SAP Logical Security.

- Perform analysis, recommend, select and implement add-on products that will facilitate the SAP security administration, including segregation of duties.

- Perform regular system audits to detect deviations of established procedures, role mapping, unauthorized changes and report findings to management. Establish management actions plans to address audit gaps.



The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Computer Science or general business degree. A MS or MBA is a plus. Experience with SAP and organization management required. Experience working with SAP Logical security in an international implementation.

Experience with Computer Systems Validation, (21 CFR Part 11, GxP requirements), Sarbanes-Oxley, and Systems Development Life Cycle methodologies preferred.

Strong analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills. Skilled in program development and administration.

Ability to be on-call 24x7 as required
