This position requires a minimum of 75% travel nationally. Relocation not offered.

RWD?s Enterprise Learning Solutions Group has a number of openings for training and performance support professionals experienced in the design, development, and delivery of blended learning solutions. Qualified candidates will have solid experience in the implementation of IT training solutions, including needs analysis, solution design, development, delivery, and evaluation. Experience with one or more ERP systems (ideally SAP, but Oracle and PeopleSoft are also relevant) is also required.

Requirements:
? 2 to 5 years? experience in instructional systems design and development of blended learning solutions
? Experience with one or more enterprise-wide computer systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle)
? Knowledge of one or more standard business processes
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Ability to work effectively in teams and with all levels of management
? Willingness to travel extensively up to 100% during the week
? Bachelor?s degree; related major a plus
