SAP Warehouse Management – IT Business Process Analyst

REQUIREMENT:

Business Process Analyst plays an integral role in using discretion and independent judgment to leverage technology to streamline and improve business processes by:

?  Applying conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve complex business processes and procedural problems in the logistic execution area.

?  Participating in implementations of SAP Warehouse Management, Handling Unit management, Task and Resource Management, and Batch Management, along with related MM, Logistic execution and RF functionality.

?  Deliver/negotiate SAP processes and applications to customers.

?  Ensuring appropriate subsidiary involvement in project teams to build ownership for solutions.

?  Acting as regional advisor for most complex processes within the IT function.

?  Managing and/or performing the design, configuration, testing, documentation and application of SAP systems in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.

?  Acting as the technical analyst to ensure the new functional configuration is transported into production environments without unintended impact on live business processes.

?  Working closely with the ESC, Global Development groups, Security team and local IT support groups.

?  Supporting production environments based on established service level agreements.  Support activities include debugging of SAP programs in order to solve application or configuration issues.

?  Work directly with SAP on a technical level in order to solve application issues.

 

QUALIFCATIONS

?  Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or Engineering.

?  Working knowledge of MM and/or logistic execution modules is required.

?  Experience in R/3 applications such as WM, HU, Batch Management, TRM, ALE and Mobile Data Entry (RF) is preferred.

?  Basic technical experience in ABAP is essential (debugging and simple coding).

?  Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.

TRAVEL

?  Travel requirements are based on project scheduling and may require frequent and/or medium-term (two weeks) travel to support implementation activities.

?  Travel within North America and Latin American countries is required based on AMSSO area of responsibility.
