IFMC is a cutting edge leader in creating information management systems. We are seeking a Security Administrator- a top performer who can enjoy being part of our enthusiastic, highly motivated team in our growing West Des Moines office.

Position Summary and Essential Functions:
This position is responsible for tracking, responding to and processing help desk tickets, phone requests and emails for data access and account resets. The candidate will correct issues identified by auditing procedures. Updates documentation for security procedures. Most of the time will be spent monitoring open helpdesk tickets (via help desk tracking system), email and phone calls. Processing issue tickets for user access and account resets. Attention to details is most important.
Since this is a Security position, the candidate must understand that the information they have access to is very confidential and private- No Compromising.

Qualifications:

 2 years Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience in Information Systems. Functional experience in Relational Database and/or Software applications. Functional experience in one or more of the following operating systems: UNIX, Novell, and/or Windows. This position requires someone with attention to detail and the ability to follow written procedures. Confidentiality is Critical.  Positions working on specific contracts may require
