SENIOR IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST FOR MID MI TECH COMPANY

Sircon Corporation is a rapidly growing, mid-Michigan technology company offering the leading insurance regulatory and compliance solutions in the United States. Our database and transactional service offerings are delivered through the Web using advanced Internet and database technology.

We are looking for a key person to join our implementation team and assist in delivering quality software implementations to our customers. 

Excellent communication skills are a must! 5 ? 10% out of state travel is anticipated. We do not sponsor immigration benefits at this time. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US. 

Responsibilities:

? Provide technical, workflow and consulting with direct impact on Sircon software solutions including analysis, product implementation management, product customization, training and support of Sircon customers.

? Identifies and evaluates technical and business needs, provides technical alternatives, recommends solutions, and participates in their implementation.

? Works with clients, vendors, and internal groups to ensure adherence to pre-defined specifications, smooth deployment of Sircon applications and completion of project deliverables.

? Build and strengthen relationships with Sircon customers by supporting their initiatives, requests and facilitating IT related problem resolution.

Requirements:

? BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience, or combination.

? Ability to create customer requirement documents

? Ability to perform product demonstrations and explain how product works.

? Solid written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented; quick-learner; deadline-driven.

? Significant experience in process, methodology, project management, requirement gathering, configuration, implementation.

? 3 years direct customer interface experience (working with client directly on project tasks; managing client expectations)

? Insurance Industry knowledge a plus

? Real World Experience using:

o  Relational Database Management Systems (Oracle, Access) (3 years)

o  XML knowledge (3 years)

o  SQL query and report writing skills (3 years)

o  Java Script a plus

o  Data conversion experience (includes data mapping and complex data conversion logic) a plus
