SENIOR IT SUPPORT COORDINATOR 1

Coordinate software system testing and production implementation Verification between I/S staff and customer testers. Develop test plans and test requests. Facilitate development of customer test matrices, lead testing kickoff meetings and test status meetings.



Monitor the problem log and provide status updates. Facilitate resolution of testing issues. Collect testing statistics. Coordinate requests for test data.



This position is with a cutting edge technology leader that is the largest health insurance claims processor in the United States and one of the largest companies in South Carolina.
