Hours per week: 40
Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred and at least 7 years of experience leading technology development projects and/or technology teams.
Strong functional knowledge of complex IT environments, including distributed and mainframe systems. 
Understanding of document management systems, and bank operations. 
Familiarity with records management programs and risk management principles.
Strong interpersonal skills allowing the applicant to build effective cross-functional working relationships across CFG.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the development of a comprehensive electronic records management program that enables CFG business lines to comply with CFG's Records Management policy.  Assess CFG's e-records risk exposure, and recommend and implement solutions.  Create and lead cross-functional working groups that will assess the scope of CFG's electronic records risk profile and research (and recommend) solutions for mitigating the risks associated with structured and unstructured electronic records.  Contribute to the development and implementation of an e-mail retention  policy.  Support the Records Management e-learning team's efforts to build and maintain online training materials. Partner with CFG Legal, Risk and Audit and with CSG's Enterprise Technology Services team to prepare CFG for compliance with new "e-discovery" regulations.
