Qualifications:
Certification:
VEND CERT Required

Education:
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA Required, BS in related field preferred

Experience:
Two years SOFTWARE Required
Two years SERVER HARDWARE Required
Three years SOFTWARE Preferred
Three years SERVER HARDWARE Preferred

Specific Skills Required:
Citrix Metaframe XPe or Citrix Presentation Server 4 in Healthcare, suppporting Cerner applications.
Computer skill appropriate to position

Description:
The Server Analyst provides technical support by assembling and testing server
hardware, operating systems, and troubleshoots server related issues. Maintains the
server operating systems and participates in the development and ongoing management
of Service Level Agreements with the customers. Novell CNE, Microsoft MCSE, or
Novell 5.X, 6.X, ZEN for Desktops, and Microsoft Server software required. Performs
other duties as assigned.
