SOA/ISSW Websphere Consultant

Join the IBM Software Services for WebSphere (ISSW) consulting organization as a leader in the Web Services, SOA, and ESB space. Consultants in this role will be able to design and implement cross-platform, interoperable solutions. You must show an understanding of all elements required to design, build, and test complex systems utilizing IBM WebSphere. You must be able to communicate technical solutions to executive management, customers and IBM. Required skills for this position include: WebSphere Application Server; RAD or WID; SI Bus; Web Services Technologies; SOA Design; ESB Patterns; J2EE Components; MQ/Messaging Systems; OO Design; Consulting Skills; Leadership and Mentoring; Any 2 os: UNIX, Wintel, z/OS, I series. THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE IN THE US, is customer facing, and requires 60-75% travel. Competitive candidates will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
