SOFTWARE SUPPORT ANALYST
CIMCON Software, Inc. (CSI) is a leading provider of enterprise compliance software and services to industries regulated by the SEC with 18 years of experience. CSI?s Enterprise Spreadsheet Compliance and Digital Compliance ECM Platform are fast becoming benchmark standards for Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations in government and industries such as financial services, insurance, banking, energy, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and medical devices.
We currently have openings for Software Support Analysts to support the implementation of our compliance software products at one of the largest financial services company in the Washington DC area.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in software support and implementation. Bachelor's degree in computer science/equivalent discipline or relevant experience. Strong inter-personal, oral and written communication skills a must. Technical experience with Oracle database tools, or .Net applications a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and user support to onsite users Install new releases of application software, patches and upgrades Work with CIMCON Support Team to resolve issues Maintaining strong customer relationships Training clients if assistance is required Other duties as assigned
