CDI has an Immediate Need for a SQL Database Administrator

 

This is a Telecommute position that would allow for someone to WORK FROM HOME!!!

 

Long term contract until June 2007

 

on-call, weekend and minimal travel required

 

Description:

Physical and logical dba skills Level of Physical Database support in MS SQL Server V6.5, 7.0 and 2000. This support includes space management/monitoring, backup/recovery, performance tuning, problem determination, installations, and database support under strict change control, quality management and corporate/customer security management and controls. Candidate must have strong background with clustered/failover environments and replication. Must be flexible to manage offshift (evening and weekend) work and participate in 24x7 oncall rotation.
Work at Home DBM. Work state is open, work can be performed remotely.
