WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Reporting to the Applications Development Manager, the Senior .Net Developer will be a motivated and highly professional individual, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications for the company?s e-retailing websites and internal applications.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Program applications using C#.NET, CE.NET, ASP.NET, Javascript, DHTML, HTML, Visual SourceSafe, SQL Server 2000, SQL Server Reporting Services, Transact-SQL, and DTS. Developing code in a clean and consistent manner with proper supporting documentation. Working directly with development teams to ensure excellent code, standards and design. Communicating effectively with team managers and co-workers. Maintaining flexibility throughout the site design and production process. Accurately estimating project timelines and meeting scheduled milestones.
QUALIFICATIONS
BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of development experience, with a minimum of 3 years programming in the .NET environment
Experience building and maintaining a B2C commerce website
A complete understanding of Microsoft technologies:C#.NET ASP.NET ADO.NET Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Microsoft IIS 6
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, and works well in a team environment
Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Has the ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks
