Growing company in the Houston Galleria area is searching for a Sr. Software Developer.

 

Sr. Software Developer

As a Sr. Software Developer, you will be part of a product development team that develops high configurable software to Fortune 500 companies.   Development teams work in a highly collaborative environment implementing agile development methodologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

?  Design and develop modifications and enhancements to core software products in a team environment

?  Help implement test driven development programming methodologies within team

 

Professional Requirements:

 

?  Minimum of 6 years experience with Object Oriented Development, preferably to include 2 years C# 

?  Minimum 1 year Test-Driven Development experience is required

?  Mixed front- and back-end skills

?  SQL Server experience; Oracle is a plus

?Web development experience:  HTML, JavaScript, and Microsoft (ASP.NET) or Java server-side technologies.

?  Development experience delivering product to external customers.

?  Successful experience working as part of a team

?  Able to creatively design and build systems in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

?  Proven problem solver and troubleshooter, who can think creatively under pressure

?  Strong code Re-factoring skills

?  Creative, innovative, results focused, self starter

?  Related bachelor degree required- CS, EE
