The System Application Analyst II maintains, troubleshoots and ensures data integrity of HR system.  The person in this position will work to provide organization-wide reporting and data feeds as necessary. He/she will help to evaluate, design and maintain systems in support of HR and business processes and implement technical enhancements and upgrades.  Participate and lead HRIS Team meetings, including status reports, meeting minutes, needs assessments, issue logs, and change management process.  Utilizes advanced project management tools and techniques to provide project guidance and direction. It is important that the person in this position maintain familiarity with new and currently installed applications in order to provide guidance to the team in troubleshooting functionality and providing support and direction on the effective stability and continued growth of the system.

 

Minimum Qualifications: Experience with Lawson 8.x, Unix, SQL, and Oracle 9i. One year experience as a Systems Analyst I strongly preferred. An undergraduate degree, with a computer science or health care related major, and two years of Information Systems experience. Additional relative experience may be substituted for formal education at the rate of two years of experience for each year of education deficiency. Must maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, performance and respect for confidentiality.

 

Desired Attributes:Lawson 8.0.3 certification is a great plusExperience with Lawson Security Administration, Lawson Process Flow, Lawson Smart Notification and Microsoft Add-Ins, desired. 2 years experience in an ERP support role specifically in an IT analyst role with Lawson LAUA, Security and User Account, desired.  Project Management / MS Project Experience, desired. Demonstrated ability to manage a project, software implementation or upgrade. Thorough understanding of the complexities of project management and the creation / use of project plans. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve sensitive problems.Excellent written communication and business analytical skills Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service and responding to needs in a prompt, courteous manner. Must have a positive attitude and willing to learn new things. Must have the ability to maintain a high level of energy and creativity. Acute attention to detail and accuracy. Must have the ability to deal with multiple independent requests, issues and problems concurrently. Ability to work independently, retain flexibility and maintain composure under pressure. Proven background in maintaining schedules and meeting deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff to exchange information, ideas and answer inquiries.
