Sales Executive

INPUT is seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic Sales Executive to sell INPUT's Market Development Services Subscription programs and Software Subscriptions to new vendor prospects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:


? Sell database subscription services to IT vendors serving the Public Sector, to include:
? Identify and call prospects.
? Renew and upsell existing client relationships.
? Team with sales support to demonstrate services to new and existing accounts.
? Follow up on sales leads, including requests for Guest Registrations on INPUT?s Web site.
? Develop and submit proposals and follow up as needed.
? Close business and follow up for payment as appropriate.
? Take on leadership responsibilities that serve the good of the team such as program development, meeting coordination, training, and other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
? Any other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

 ? Four-year college degree.
? At least 6 years of IT/AEC industry sales experience with a successful quota performance record.
? Strong formal training in Field Sales in the IT/AEC industry.
? Dynamic, positive and attractive personality.
? Strong Internet and computer skills with the ability to demonstrate web-based on-line services.
? Strong interpersonal telephone and written/electronic communications skills
? Federal or State & Local Government industry knowledge an advantage.
