Sales/Marketing Professional

This position will Support sales and marketing as a contributor to the vision and strategy of Marsys products and services. Articulate vision through effective presentations, technology demonstrations, Training and documentation. Present Marsys solutions to customers and analysts. Create content for product collateral, sales presentation, sales guides, training and other product documentation. Conduct product training sessions internal and/or external groups. Provide competitive intelligence and customer-driven product development strategy

 

Some Job Requirements Are:

 Minimum 5-7 years experience Willing to travel 50-75% Has worked in Information Technology sector preferably has experience with Mercury Interactive products, or Keynote, Segue, Gomez Lives in SF Bay Area Has experience with Account and Customer relationship management Able to work in US and travel overseas Communicates effectively  in person, electronically and over the phone Highly motivated

 

 

Job Duties:Account Management ? At as a liaison between the customer and our internal teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction Junior level Marketing ? to assist develop Marketing collateral, (data sheets, white papers, web content, press releases) Demonstrate products in person, via Webex, conference calls Ability to communicate, effectively, Product values and explain differentiating factors from competition Demonstrates ability to understand customer needs and is able to communicate to internal teams Preferably has some Creative writing experience Preferably has experience using graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
