Sales and Marketing BSA

In this exciting position, you will be responsible to partner with senior JDSU sales and marketing management to create IT strategic solutions that enable these business functions to achieve overall objectives. In this key role, you will both establish the technical strategy and roadmap and work with internal and external project management to drive these projects to successful implementation.

Qualifications
BS/MS in, Computer Sciences or MIS
MBA is a plus
5 - 10 years experience as a Sales and Marketing Business Systems Analyst or Project Manager with a proved track record to establish roadmaps and partnerships.
5+ years experience implementing and supporting Sales Systems and CRMs (Siebel, SalesForce.com, etc)
Proven experience in the high tech industry.
Excellent communication skills in a fast paced changing environment. Good organization and problem solving skills.
Should be able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Communicate fluidly with business users, technical people, and management across organizations.
