We are looking for Information Technology Professionals for our corporate offices in Mayfield Village (Cleveland), Ohio. We are hiring for the following three IT positions within the Progressive Enterprise Operation Services organization:
1. Telecommunications Analyst Associate
2. Network Server/Application Operations Analyst
3. Mainframe System Administration: Software Systems Programmer/analyst

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in any IT discipline. Preferred interested in students who have had college coursework that has covered any or all of the following: Cisco Systems, PBX, Call Management Systems, Voice Mail systems, Multiplexers, Network Routing, Ethernet, TCP/IP, Intelligent Call Manager, Speech Self Service Platforms, Client/Server, Server +, Windows 2003, Unix platforms, CICS, Jes2, VTAM, JCL, DB2, VMS, IDMS/IMS and IBM utilities.
2. Must have graduated within the past year with a regionally accredited 4 year degree or will graduate within the next three months.
3. Your GPA must be 3.0 or higher for your major.
4. You must have excellent communication, written and organizational skills.

These positions are entry-level professional (salaried) opportunities within our second-level IT support organization. For all disciplines, you will be involved in ensuring the health and welfare of the Progressive network and platforms. You will evaluate, design and maintain existing or proposed networks and platforms. You will analyze our customer's needs and provide recommendations to our customers. You will be required to collect, analyze and present your findings to various organizations within Progressive. The Progressive goal for all three of these positions is 100% network and platform availability to our customers. Progressive's Tier II Support Organization is a 24x7 operation and as such, you may be required to work non-traditional shifts as assigned. The opportunity to travel within the U.S. exists.
