Major Functions
* Oversee and set direction on architecture and infrastructure design for Capital Markets working closely with Enterprise Architecture
* Release management of enterprise application upgrades and architecture changes by working with Capital Markets product managers and enterprise teams
* Manage relationships with Capital Markets and enterprise teams such as Enterprise Architecture, Technology Architecture and Engineering, Technology Operations, and IT Technical Testing Services
* Visionary in hardware, software, and networking and how applications should evolve
* Understand business processing and how that integrates with technology
* Work closely with application engineers, IT Analysts and team members to recommend solutions that meet business needs for the Capital Markets division

Qualifications
* Minimum six years related experience, in application engineering
* Familiarity with web service integration and third party integration preferred
* Technical Competencies:  technology architecture, solution design, solution development
* AGE Personal Competencies: problem solving, leadership, adaptability, organizational skills, management skills, self-development, teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
* IT Business Competencies: process management, technology leadership, relationship management, product, services and solutions management

Educational Requirements
* Bachelor's degree, in MIS or computer science required
