Integrated Healthcare Information Services (IHCIS) is recruiting a Project Lead or Senior Healthcare Information Developer to join our Product Consulting Team.

 

The Product Consulting Department is responsible for:
Analytical consulting services to healthcare clients.
Work with clients in optimizing their data for use with IHCIS and Symmetry products.
Provide technical training on our software, help to identify and resolve data issues, facilitate use of various value added output files, and develop appropriate deliverable documentation.
Integrate healthcare claims information, supporting the mapping of the data, as well as performing the analysis, interpretation and documentation of results.



Qualifications:
Experience providing technical training to customers.
Extensive knowledge of at least one business area within health care insurance such as medical management, outcomes measures, provider reimbursement, or medical claims payment.
3 or more years of experience working with health insurance claims administrative data or pharmaceutical data performing analytical studies using SQL, SAS, Access, DB2 or other data analysis tool.
Experience designing research specifications based on client objectives and applying quantitative analytic techniques to evaluate business issues / strategies.
Experience interpreting and summarizing analytic results for senior management.
Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Biostatistics, Applied Mathematics or related field.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Extensive project management experience.
This position is considered a senior technical subject matter expert.
