Senior Business Analyst-Portfolio Mgmt

. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives of most complex projects based upon both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.  Devises or modifies global procedures to solve complex global business problems considering capacity limitations, operation time, and global/regional differences.  Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, translation into system requirements specifications and analysis of non-functional system specifications.   Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts. Competent to work at the highest level of most phases of systems analysis. Under general direction, have duties of instructing, directing, and checking the work of the other business systems analysts.   Facilitates Approval for Expenditure process developing project costs and return on investment.



4 year degree
?  Three years experience in the business analysis role developing Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
?  Two years experience developing Use Case Scenarios, using RUP and rational Suite Experience.
 
Additional qualifications and skills desired:
 
? Six Sigma Experience preferred.
? Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
? Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. 
? Have the ability to challenge the consensus of others in order to arrive to a better decision. 
? Have proven flexibility and adaptability in effectively driving results in an environment of changing priorities.  Demonstrate comfort in working across the global business and their respective business units maintaining positive relationships with professionals at all levels of the organization.
