Senior Business Analyst - Workflow Bridgestone Americas Holding, Inc. is seeking
an experienced Senior Business Analyst  - Workflow GENERAL STATEMENT OF POSITION AND DUTIES:
Responsible for all aspects of the workflow process life cycle, including:
requirements gathering and analysis, workflow template design and
technical solution, Business Object and ABAP coding, application scenario
testing, implementation, documentation, issue resolution, administration
and user training, using appropriate SAP methodologies and tools.
Collaborate with SAP BIT, project, and other technical teams to identify
and analyze information requirements of new and existing systems,
evaluate alternatives, prepare recommendations, and develop the
application design specification. Systems maintenance responsibilities
include assuming full responsibility for assigned operational programs,
investigating and resolving problem situations, including off-hours support,
and updating documentation to reflect current versions of operational
systems. Responsible for recommending and implementing enhancements
to current and planned business systems to meet both current and future
company strategies. Participates in project teams and functions as project
manager on small to moderate sized projects. Must maintain an awareness
of emerging technologies and critically evaluates new technologies that
may enable business success. 
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS degree or equivalent plus 5-7 years of progressively responsible
experience with SAP development including efficient coding techniques using
ABAP programming in FI, CO, MM, and IM functional areas; experience with R/3
release 4.7 or higher . At least 4 years of hands-on experience in workflow
configuration, workflow development, and business object development.
Strong workflow and ABAP debugging techniques. Strong understanding of
application in areas of FI, CO, MM, and MM-PUR. Strong interpersonal,
communication, and problem ?solving skills required. BA/BS in Information Management desired. Strong understanding of application
and workflow experience in areas of SD, PP, PM, QM, and HR desired. To apply please send resume and salary requirements to:
