The Sr. Communications Expert and Business Analyst will:

* Support the success of the organization's business goals through development of a strategic, internal communications program including delivery of employee town hall meetings, presentations, internal "marketing" to senior Citigroup management, Websites, etc.

* Manage Citigroup Information and Technology Services (CITS) Web Site, including content, design, branding and updates.

Support Monthly Operational Review (e.g. Accomplishments, Metrics, Risks & Issues)

* Support CITS-wide and portfolio related compliance activities including entitlement reviews and Continuity of Business planning.

* Administer weekly/monthly meetings and reviews

* Review CITS-wide data for trends and associated solutions.

* Ad hoc reporting

* Stay informed regarding O&T level activities and determine impacts upon CITS.

* Coordinate Voice of the Employee (VOE) efforts and track implementation status.

* Coordinate, communicate, and track CITS internal training activities.

* Consults with CITS Leaders to develop and implement a strategic plan for meeting the training needs of the business and for continuous development of existing staff.

* Active in the development and maintenance of knowledge management tools.

* Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.

* Plan departmental/functional training budgets and forecast costs as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems.

* Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization as appropriate.

* Must be willing to support additional members of management and perform other related duties as assigned.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


* 7-10 years communications experience in a medium, Multi-national Corporation or an entity with similar global reach and complexity.


* Effective interpersonal skills and ability to participate in and lead "virtual" teams.


* High degree of comfort in providing advice and counsel to senior executives.


* Ability to understand and translate technical information/jargon into plain English.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


* Must be a motivated, self-starter who can independently handle tasks with little oversight.


* Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.


* Demonstrated organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment


* High degree of attention to detail.


* Ability to work well under pressure.


* Ability to quickly take on new tasks and complete them within deadline.


* Power User of: Word; Excel; Access; PowerPoint and Visio.
