Loan to Learn, a rapidly growing Sterling, VA based organization that pioneered the credit based education loan industry, is actively recruiting for a Senior Data Analyst to join its corporate marketing organization to drive analysis and implement projects across multiple functional areas.

 

The marketing data analyst will use front end tools and data-mining techniques to support strategic partnerships and general marketing programs in direct, indirect and internet initiatives.  This position will also assist in quantifying marketing campaign effectiveness that will be used to define future initiatives.

 

The successful candidate will have a BS degree or higher in computer science, engineering, MIS or a related quantitative discipline. In addition to possessing superior analytical skills (reflected in GPA, SAT and/or GRE scores) the successful incumbent will have had 3-5 years of data mining/analytics experience that developed excellent SQL programming and MS Access capabilities, advanced Excel skills; Visual Basic, Macro writing experience and demonstrable capabilities with Crystal reports or other similar report writing tools. Consumer lending, banking, financial services, insurance, or direct marketing experience is a plus.
